This role works within the leadership to design and develop reports and dashboards to support the operational functions of the Product Segment.  As a BI Analyst – Supply Chain, you would act as the Product segment’s subject matter expert in the development of reporting, scorecards and dashboards as well as the analyses and summarizing of the data, including business insights and recommendations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages and maintains product segment reporting from various sources, including but not limited to Microstrategy and SAP BW Bex.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop business and functional requirements for reports and dashboards.
  • Design, develop, test and implement scorecards, reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise BI team on development of Microstrategy objects and architecture.
  • Identifies methods to improve data collection, analysis and reporting; provides recommendations to optimize efficiency and accuracy of data.
  • Researches and defines reporting needs in collaboration with stakeholders; develops reports based on requirements; troubleshoots basic technical issues; distributes monthly & quarterly reporting to supply chain
  • Maintains monthly supply chain charts/ graphs and calls out risks/opportunities.
  • Stays current on the latest industry technologies, trends and strategies.
  • Conduct analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations.
  • Assists employees, vendors or other customers by answering questions related to supply chain reporting and analytical processes and procedures.

Job Requirements


  • Proven domain experience in Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience developing reporting, dossiers, and dashboards in BI applications (ie; Microstrategy, Tableau, etc.)
  • Ability to identify complex problems, review information to develop and evaluate options then implement solutions is essential.
  • The ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects to meet various deadlines simultaneously is required.
  • Proven analytical skills are required. Must demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Business acumen with knowledge and understanding of business issues, priorities, goals, and strategy is necessary.
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, present complex ideas concisely and clearly articulate technical ideas to a non-technical audience both verbally and in writing is necessary.
  • Familiarity with a variety of business and supply chain related concepts, practices and procedures is necessary
  • Working knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Troubleshooting, organizational and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.
  • Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key attributes.


Skills and Abilities

  • Advanced level Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills


Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience required.



Normal workdays are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.


Work Hours:

Normal work hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  Occasional Saturdays and Sundays me be necessary.
