The Program Manager – Voice of employee develops and manages the Voice of Employee (VoE) program based on Change Management strategic initiatives. Measures the success of the program and provides recommendations to ensure the effectiveness of ongoing and future strategies.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops annual VoE initiatives/strategy program by serving as the subject matter expert on employee surveys by analyzing, interpreting, and forecasting employee experience data and metrics.

• Measures the success of the VoE program, analyzes employee survey data to ensure ROI and KPIs are on target. Leverages data/analytics from these surveys and other data points to make tactical adjustments to program management plans.

• Facilitates and leads activities and meetings to support the VoE program. Collaborates with multiple departments across the organization to recommend improvement strategies and ensure success.

• Plays a key role in strategic planning and implementation of the VoE program including but not limited to email marketing plans, email content calendar, memos, reports and/or presentations for management based on employee metrics and data.

• Stays current on the latest industry technologies, trends, and strategies.

• Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• This position requires a minimum of eight years of program management, change management or related experience. One to three years of experience in leading companywide projects and/or strategic initiatives.

• Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge and understanding of business issues, priorities, goals, and strategy is necessary. Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and pride in delivering quality results for the company.

• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Publisher and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify complex problems, review information to develop and evaluate options then implement solutions is essential.

• The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently is essential.

• Progressive experience developing, managing, and enhancing cross-functional/external customer relationships is necessary.

• Proven ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, present complex ideas concisely and clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing is necessary.

• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy and an inquisitiveness to determine explanations, with an ability to consolidate multiple sources of information/ analyses into a cohesive story/recommendation.

• The ability to work within a team and serve as a trusted expert for is necessary. Collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills are required. Must possess strong organization skills, including the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects to meet various deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer service skills including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude is essential. In addition, troubleshooting and organizational skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential. Treating others with respect and upholding Company values is key.

Educational Requirements:

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field or equivalent experience. Master’s degree strongly preferred.

 

Work Days:

Normal workdays are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.

 

Work Hours:

Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be necessary.
