The Senior Marketing Analyst analyzes, measures, and reports on performance of all digital marketing and media channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Delivers improved quantifiable results on existing marketing campaigns within digital and traditional channels.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) from various sources to help shape future marketing strategies; communicates insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyzes and reports regularly on key metrics; identifies gaps and/or concerns; provides recommendations to improve performance.
  • Analyzes online user behavior; identifies trends and provides recommendations to optimize spend and improve performance. Focuses on solutions to optimize the customer journey to increase conversion rates
  • Analyzes advertising campaign data; establishes and refines consistent campaign performance benchmarks and optimizes regional plans based on market characteristics
  • Provides risk analysis on marketing campaign execution, including but not limited to, direct expense, projected ROI and opportunity cost / profit; provides actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Builds metric-driven models to assist in predicting media performance, budgets, targets and forecasting.
  • Establishes and maintains reporting in collaboration with Business Intelligence stakeholders.
  • Provides meaningful customer insights through the improvement of existing analytical tools and performance metrics.
  • Ensures quality and integrity of reporting and marketing analytics.
  • Stays current on the latest industry technologies, trends and strategies; provides data based solutions and serves as a Trusted Expert.
  • Assists employees, vendors and customers by answering questions related to digital marketing processes practices and procedures.
  • Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


  • This position requires a minimum of five years of progressive digital marketing experience.
  • Corporate retail experience is preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of marketing strategy; Company and industry knowledge; regionalized market knowledge and cost of media within specific markets is required.
  • Familiarity with trends and technology in digital advertising and online shopping landscape is needed.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent quantitative and superior problem-solving skills is crucial.
  • Strong marketing planning skills with the ability to track and optimize marketing efficiency is needed.
  • Extensive knowledge of analytics and reporting tools is necessary; Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics and Facebook Insights preferred.
  • Experience with digital/website analytics platforms; ability to analyze and interpret data, report on performance and create actionable solutions.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Understanding of Tableau is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is beneficial.
  • Customer service skills, including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work within a team and serve as a trusted expert for assigned duties are necessary.
  • Proven ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage multiple projects to meet various deadlines simultaneously is required.
  • Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key attributes. In addition, organizational and problem solving skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.


Educational Requirements:

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred.


Work Days:

Normal work days are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.


Work Hours:

Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be necessary.
