Our Information Technology division consists of more than 200 professionals and continues to grow responsibly. The IT Service Management department is looking to add an Applications Developer to their current team. This individual will manage, enhance and maintain various IT Service Management (ITSM) Applications. They will also be responsible for the overall integrity and performance of multiple systems including ServiceNow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works with stakeholders to determine application and reporting needs; develops and designs appropriate applications and reports.
  • Identifies, configures, tests and troubleshoots problems, performs root cause analysis and provides forward thinking long term technical solutions.
  • Creates new applications and new modules to establish an information hierarchy; implements new applications to meet customer specifications.
  • Manages the deployment of updates of supported applications.
  • Develops Service Level Agreements (SLAs), notifications and reports.
  • Develops required integration components.
  • Develops Service Catalog items, variables and workflows.
  • Develops technical, process and training documentation.
  • Researches and implements new functionalities.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert for ITSM applications.
  • Keeps abreast of industry advancements and industry best practices.
  • Other duties may be assigned.


  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with ServiceNow is required.
  • ServiceNow Administrator certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with Web Technology, such as: XML, HTML, JavaScript and Web Services is necessary.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS applications,
  • Demonstrated experience with web applications, networks, protocols and email is needed.
  • Demonstrated analytical problem solving skills and technical analysis skills; exceptional and interpersonal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to create an implement innovative reporting.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, while making timely and sound decisions, working efficiently in a fast paced environment, and working independently is essential.
  • Extensive experience facilitating teams that collaborate on process improvements is required.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience is preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation Level certification preferred.
  • Understanding of enterprise IT Architecture is preferred.
  • Retail experience is also preferred.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well both independently and in a team is essential.
  • In addition, organizational and problem solving skills, a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.
  • Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key attributes.

Educational Requirements:

  • This position requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Sciences.

Normal work days are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary. Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be necessary.

Salary range and job level is depending on experience.
