Under general supervision, the Corporate Services Clerk follows pre-established guidelines to provide administrative support to the corporate office.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operates the organization's telecommunication system to answer and route incoming calls
  • Sorts, analyzes and prepares original time sensitive documents for scanning; determines how the document should be indexed
  • Processes electronic and hard copy invoices, statements and notices; determines proper routing
  • Scans batches containing Accounting, Accounts Payable, Distribution, Media, Real Estate and other paperwork
  • Regulates and validates the image quality of electronic documents
  • Prioritizes, calculates time estimates, processes and completes copy job orders
  • Photographs employees for ID badges; ensures photo quality is optimal
  • Sets up and breaks down corporate events
  • Assists employees, vendors and customers by answering questions related to department procedures and services
  • Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position requires a minimum of one year general office knowledge.
  • Basic level computer experience, including skills with Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.
  • Experience operating copy equipment, faxes and scanning equipment is preferred.
  • This position also requires excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and articulately both verbally and in writing is necessary.
  • Ability to set up and manage calendars is needed.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team is vital.
  • The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, while moving from one task to another fluidly while presenting a professional demeanor is necessary.
  • In addition troubleshooting and organizational skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.
  • Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key attributes.

 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position requires a high school diploma or GED.

 

WORK DAYS:

Normal work days are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.

 

WORK HOURS:

Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional overtime (more than forty hours per week) may be necessary.

 

 

This is a full-time position.  The starting wage is dependent upon experience. Remarkable benefits available after 90 days of employment.
