General Description:

Under direct general supervision, the OCM Analyst assists in the definition and creation of change management measurements for projects; supports the execution of the OCM strategy.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collects and audits data regarding OCM strategy and subsequent plan(s) for assigned major programs
  • Creates and complies reports from various data sources; including but not limited to, gathering and analyzing success metrics and organizational performance data
  • Develops tactics and solutions to assist in the presentation and communication of change management analytics
  • Develops and maintains existing reporting tools and dashboards
  • Develops tactics to address barriers and issues that may impact change management project deliverables
  • Gathers and analyzes change management needs, timelines and key performance indicators; in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Communicates and reports on adoption of project success criteria
  • Conducts readiness assessments and surveys, evaluates results, and presents findings; reviews materials in collaboration with both project team members and stakeholders
  • Provides insights and contributes to change activities including training and communications;
  • Analyzes impact of business transformations on the organization and its people
  • Identifies and analyzes the business and change impact to people, process and technology within the organization
  • Supports the designs and development of stakeholder analysis, actions plans and deliverables in collaboration with senior team members
  • Gathers and analyzes broad-based survey data and communication feedback loop(s) to assess organization’s willingness and ability to adopt required change
  • Creates visually engaging reports and presentations based upon investigations, analysis, and findings
  • Prepares and edits meeting agendas and meeting minutes, and organizes the cataloging and distribution of relevant material.
  • Creates and organizes change management plans, reports, processes, and reference materials
  • Stays current on the latest industry technologies, trends and communication strategies
  • Assists employees, vendors or other customers by answering questions related to OCM processes, procedures and Communication services
  • Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


  • This position requires a minimum of three years analysis experience; Organizational Change Management experience preferred.
  • Project management experience is desired.
  • Corporate training and education experience is preferred.
  • Retail industry experience preferred.
  • Experience successfully collaborating across key training, communication, and change management teams is crucial.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions is vital. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft office, including skills with Word, Excel, Project, Visio and PowerPoint are necessary.
  • Tableau or similar visualization tools skills are needed.
  • Sharepoint skills are preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and work successfully within strict deadlines.
  • Proven customer service skills including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude is crucial.
  • The ability to work successfully independently and within a team is necessary.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently is essential.
  • In addition troubleshooting and organizational skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are needed.

Educational Requirements:

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field or equivalent experience.


Work Days:

Normal work days are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.


Work Hours:

Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional overtime (more than forty hours per week) may be necessary.
