Our Information Technology division consists of more than 200 professionals and continues to grow responsibly.  The IT Shared Services Department is looking to add a Principal Programmer / Analyst to their current Shared Services  Center of Excellence Team.  This individual will be results driven and an innovative thinker who is willing to challenge norms to create process improvement and business value.


Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Product Owner responsibility of the end to end data flows across core systems.
  • Provides expert direction and guidance for new integration and process improvement of existing integrations
  • Partners with Applications Integration(AI), Data Integration(DI), Business System Monitoring(BSM) and Infrastructure teams to assess future integration needs, audit existing capabilities and expands and fortifies the existing ecosystem both from an application and development perspective (product selection, version management, solution design, validation, restart recovery, support and monitoring)
  • Performs troubleshooting and problem analysis for End to End processes across multiple functional and technical areas.
  • Defines stable test environment requirements and capabilities
  • Assess and recommend changes in existing landscape, architecture infrastructure
  • Work closely with the Functional, Technical and Business teams to ensure solutions meet End to End requirements.
  • Provide environmental oversight to project and operational teams regarding design patterns, core requirements and expectations
  • Ensures solutions are designed and developed consistently and adhere to Enterprise Architecture standards. Partnership with architecture for future integrations patterns
  • Responsible for defining and monitoring escalations and validations of integrations

Job Requirements


  • Lead small efforts including task forces, proof of concepts and technology evaluations
  • Advocates to stakeholders the benefits of solutions, designs, platforms, etc.
  • Provide functional and technical guidance and direction to other team members
  • Analyze current solutions and recommend improvements. Assess requirements and present recommendations that are in line with the strategic vision for the enterprise and best practices
  • Designs technical solutions that are sustainable, flexible and scalable with future growth in mind
  • Facilitate adherence to SDLC best practices, software development methodologies, DTC software development standards and DTC architecture standards and principles.
  • Stays current on the latest industry technologies, trends and strategies
  • Takes a lead role in the evaluation of emerging technologies; including research, proof of concepts, and pilots.
  • A broad background in areas including, but not limited to, business analysis, applications/systems engineering, and development and configuration is necessary
  • Proven business analysis skills and experience, including development of business vision and strategies, functional decomposition, requirements capture, process/systems modeling.
  • Experience in software development methodologies and structured approaches to software and system development.



  • BA/BS in Computer Science, or equivalent Management Information Systems Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years IT progressively challenging experience in Integrations, Packaged Applications, Software Development and Enterprise Monitoring
  • 10 years of progressively challenging core IT experience in the areas of software development, configuration an analysis
  • Extensive expertise with data governance, data and transaction lineage
  • Experience with common ETL and ESB tools mandatory
  • Expertise with common integration technologies
  • Experience with SAP Products including ECC, BW, HANA, Hybris eCommerce
  • Experience with AWS, Informatica and WebMethods
  • SAP Retail experience is highly desired
