We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our team as a full-time Office Manager at our Regional Office in Folsom, CA.


This position is responsible for running the day to day operations of the Regional Office, including supervising and coaching Regional Administrative staff, supporting Regional Executive staff, and acting as a liaison between the Stores in the region and the Corporate Office.


Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:


·         Provides administrative support to the Regional Vice President and Assistant Vice Presidents

·         Manage administrative staff, including but not limited to, hiring, performance review, and work load balance

·         Coaches and develops employees for success

·         Composes and prepares confidential documents including reports, spreadsheets, emails, presentations and other documents

·         Implements office policies in partnership with Regional and Corporate leadership by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and implementing adjustments

·         Coordinates event planning for regional functions and activities including but not limited to meetings, annual parties, store outings and regional picnics

·         Coordinates Regional Executive and employee travel

·         Provides excellent customer service support to external and internal customers and vendors

·         Contributes to Regional Office Manager meetings, activities, and initiatives

Job Requirements


This position requires a minimum of five years of administrative experience in an office environment. At least three years of office management experience is preferred. Advanced level computer experience, including skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes, is necessary. This position also requires excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work efficiently under pressure and be detail oriented while accurately meeting deadlines and presenting a professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will work well independently as well as in a team. Necessary customer service skills include the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive, friendly attitude. Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values is key.


The starting wage is depending on experience with benefits available after 90 days of employment.
