Under general direction, the Real Estate Management Systems Analyst II develops, implements, updates and maintains the Real Estate Management System.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides day-to-day Real Estate Management System (REMS) support
  • Tests planned system enhancements
  • Provides system and security administration, end user technical support and problem solving, process flow documentation and process change requests
  • Researches and implements system enhancements
  • Completes alterations to existing configuration/reports to gather and report data
  • Troubleshoots moderately complex customer and system issues including, but not limited to, error messages, login difficulties, access denials, data issues and process failures
  • Develops, updates and modifies tables to ensure data integrity and system stability, including but not limited to, security and forms tables
  • Provides progress reports to inform management of project status
  • Collaborates and directs work of Hosting Vendor and third party support and development partners
  • Maintains and updates processes for transfer data between REMS and Financial System
  • Assists in determining organizational needs for REMS implementation or upgrades in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Reviews, researches and implements updates and fixes for the REMS
  • Develops and modifies reports for management and end users
  • Prepares training and documentation materials; facilitates user training
  • Coaches REMS Analyst I
  • Stays current on the latest industry technologies, trends and strategies
  • Assists employees, vendors or other customers by answering questions related to REMS processes, procedures and services
  • Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


  • This position requires a minimum of three years of Real Estate Management System technical experience. Real Estate experience required. TRIRIGA experience preferred.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle is needed.
  • Advanced level computer experience, including skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary.
  • Proven knowledge of relational databases is required.
  • The ability to create custom reports with TRIRIGA reporting tools is required.
  • Ability to identify problems, review information to develop and evaluate options then implement solutions is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and must be able to clearly articulate ideas both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical language both verbally and in writing is essential.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently is essential.
  • Customer service skills including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude is essential.
  • In addition, troubleshooting, organizational and problem solving skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.
  • Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values is key.


Educational Requirements:

This position requires an Associate's Degree in information technology, business or related field or equivalent experience. Additional college level information technology or business-related courses are beneficial.


Work Days:

Normal work days are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.


Work Hours:

Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional overtime (more than forty hours per week) may be necessary.
