The Senior HR Web Content Coordinator develops, designs, and executes comprehensive internal communications to support People Care objectives.  Guides the creation and maintenance of content for People Care external website, Knowledge Center (intranet) and internal communications. 


This position requires a strong writer/editor with a keen eye for the visual layout of information, who is well-versed in WordPress, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications to deliver a multitude of HR and related communications.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gathers, researches, writes, edits, and proofreads content for use in HR and People Care websites, related social media, and internal communications.
  • Designs brochures, flyers, posters, reference guides, other related printed materials and presentations per HR and People Care projects and initiatives ; including, but not limited to, benefits guides, monthly employee mailings, and quarterly presentations.
  • Guarantees consistent messaging for HR Careers, Benefits, Retirement, EAP, HR systems, and Employee Wellness.
  • Solicits ideas, information, and material from corporate and regional stakeholders in order to develop communications materials and strategies to reach Company employees.
  • Ensures consistent use of templates and style guides.
  • Confirms People Care websites are maintained, including, but not limited to, updating copy, pictures, announcements, events, and lists.
  • Determines appropriate content for People Care websites, including, but not limited to, regional information, benefits, wellness, financial, career, and alumni information; develops pages for other areas of interest, such as product culture initiatives.
  • Develops strategies to increase engagement and interaction.
  • Assists employees, vendors, or other customers by answering questions related to People Care communication processes, procedures, and services.
  • Maintains positive relationships with internal and external customers.

Job Requirements


  • This position requires a minimum of five years progressive HR Communications experience or a relevant field; preferably in a large multi-site organization.
  • A track record of developing effective employee communications utilizing internal and external websites is essential.
  • Exceptional and adaptable ability to write professional, creative, useful, relevant, and engaging content is necessary.
  • Remarkable proofing and editing skills with knowledge of grammar and punctuation is required.
  • Requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization; present complex ideas concisely and clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing is necessary.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work successfully within strict deadlines.
  • Project coordination experience is preferred.
  • Ability to motivate self and others while managing multiple projects and meeting various deadlines simultaneously is required.
  • Proven track record developing effective employee communications utilizing multiple communications platforms.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office, including skills with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, specifically skills with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is also necessary.
  • Expertise with content management tools such as WordPress is required.


Education Requirements:

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.


Work Days:

Normal work days are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.


Work Hours:

Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be necessary.
