We are currently looking for a Web Content Coordinator II to join our growing Omni Channel Department at the Corporate Headquarters in North Scottsdale, Arizona.  Under general supervision, this position develops and designs content and communications to support the Company’s external website(s).  They are responsible for creating and maintaining written content for and affiliated sites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designs, writes, edits and proofreads, gathers and researches content for use on web sites; including but not limited to, call-to-action statements, headlines, page titles, graphics, photos and meta descriptions.
  • Maintains promotion content and promotion schedule; communicates schedule and content to stakeholders.
  • Administers product display rules for web sites; collaborates with Product Marketing and Development (PM&D) to determine display schedule.
  • Develops and maintains templates and style guides to deliver consistent look and feel.
  • Administers Store and Regional web sites assignments.
  • Solicits ideas, information and material from corporate and regional stakeholders in order to develop communications materials and strategies to reach targeted audiences.
  • Delivers high quality work, effectively and efficiently, through formal and informal channels; displays broad understanding of Company products and culture.
  • Maintains web sites, including but not limited to, updating copy, pictures, announcements, events and lists.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and implement SEO (search engine optimization) recommendations
  • Audits web site enhancements for quality assurance and user experience.
  • Works with UX Design team to implement new content pages
  • Stays current on the latest industry technologies, trends and strategies.
  • Maintains positive relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements


  • This position requires a minimum of three years web content development experience; preferably in a large multi-site organization.
  • Strong and adaptable writing skills with the ability to write professionally and create useful, relevant and engaging content are necessary.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Experience with an enterprise CMS (content management system) eg: Hybris
  • Proven proofing and editing skills with knowledge of grammar and punctuation is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization; present complex ideas concisely and clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing is necessary.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work successfully within strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manages multiple projects and meet various deadlines simultaneously is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office, including skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.
  • Knowledge of simple HTML and Photoshop preferred.
  • Troubleshooting, organizational and problem solving skills along with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.
  • Maintaining Confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key requirements.

Educational Requirements:

  • This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in journalism, digital culture, communication or related field or equivalent work experience.
