We are looking for a full-time Senior Corporate Services Clerk to join our team. Under limited supervision, this individual will follow pre-established guidelines to provide administrative support to the corporate office.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operates the organization’s telecommunication system to answer and route incoming calls; resolves escalated issues.
  • Maintains desk directories, on-call list, reference guides and other associated reference materials.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves complex original time sensitive documents; determines how the document should be indexed; contacts vendors for compliance and verification.
  • Processes electronic and hard copy invoices, statements and notices; determines proper routing; troubleshoots non- standard documents.
  • Prioritizes, calculates time estimates, processes and completes copy job orders; works with internal customers to design copy jobs that meet expectations; ensures copy center equipment is running at optimum levels.
  • Photographs employees for ID badges; ensures photo quality is optimal; ensures camera is running at optimum level.
  • Tracks developmental inventories and orders supplies to balance par levels; locates cost effective new supplies.
  • Prepares outgoing and incoming events communication; researches and writes fliers and emails.
  • Documents, maintains and distributes department processes.
  • Trains and coaches Corporate Services Clerks.
  • Sets up and breaks down corporate events.
  • Stays current on the latest industry technologies, trends and strategies.
  • Assists employees, vendors and customers by answering questions related to department procedures and services.
  • Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position requires a minimum of three years general office experience, including but not limited to, switchboard, data entry, copy center and archiving experience.
  • Proficient with Adobe and Microsoft office, including skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary.
  • Experience operating copy equipment, faxes and scanning equipment is required.
  • Basic understanding of photo archiving is necessary; Photoshop knowledge is preferred.
  • This position also requires excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and articulately both verbally and in writing is necessary.
  • Proven ability to set up and manage calendars is needed.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team is vital.
  • The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, while moving from one task to another fluidly while presenting a professional demeanor is necessary.
  • Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key attributes.
  • In addition, troubleshooting and organizational skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.

 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position requires a high school diploma or GED.

 

This is a full-time position.  The starting wage is dependent upon experience. Remarkable benefits available after 90 days of employment.
