We are looking for an outstanding Video Producer/Designer to join our team. Under general direction, the individual in this position creates and develops video marketing materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creates engaging videos that address business, brand, marketing, and user requirements 
  • Captures, edits and produces video content for online, TV, mobile and social media applications
  • Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects.
  • Post production work including, but not limited to, color correction, stabilization, and effects.
  • Collaborate with script writers, designers and stakeholders to meet video demand needs.
  • Stays current on latest industry technologies, trends and strategies.
  • Assists employees, vendors or other customers by answering questions related to video production processes, procedures and services.
  • Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Researches stock footage, music and images; obtains proper licensing for assets.
  • Manages video shoots; ensures projects meet budget and timelines.
  • Organize and manage video assets in a library/archive.

Job Requirements


  • This position requires a minimum of 3 years graphic design, motion design, editing, animation and production experience in an advertising environment. Corporate retail experience preferred.
  • Experience producing high quality, pixel perfect designs from concept to production is vital.
  • Strong understanding of different video file formats and specifications
  • Working knowledge of conceptualization, color, typography, and composition graphic design practices is required.
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to follow direction, and have strong layout and design skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including skills with Word and PowerPoint is necessary.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
  • Full understanding of working on Apple OS X operating system is necessary.
  • Demonstrated knowledge with Adobe Creative Cloud including After Effects, Premier, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat is required.
  • Proven ability to think in a conceptual manner with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate their ideas into a final produced product is essential.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong listening skills are necessary.
  • Must work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project deliverables.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently is essential.
  • Customer service skills including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude is essential.

Educational Requirements:

This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with emphasis in media or video production or a related field, or equivalent work experience.  Graphic Design or Fine Arts a plus.


Work Days:

Normal work days are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.

Work Hours:

Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional overtime (more than forty hours per week) may be necessary

The starting wage is dependent on experience.  Benefits are available after 90 days of full-time employment.  Local candidates only please.  No agencies.
